Did virus cleanup, now pictures won't pop up when mousing over links - What did I do?

In Internet Explorer and Chrome when mousing over a list of sales on one of my online sale sites it would pop up a little preview pic of the purchased item. This was extremely handy for checking purchases.

I had a malware issue the other day and now after running several cleanup engines the virus is gone, but my picture pop up feature is also gone. It’s dead in both chrome and IE so I don’t think it’s a browser specific issue.

Not sure that enabled it or what disabled it. Can I get it back?

It would be helpful to have more information. What version of Windows are you using? What site are you referring to?

Having said that, it’s possible that you might be able to do a system restore.

It’s Win 7 64 bit. The lack of pop up now seems to be on multiple PCS so I’moing to assume it’s a change the site has made on their end at this point.

Chrome has an extension called Hover Zoom which will give you that thumbnail on any website.
