I am embarking on a workout regime in order to build muscle mass. Since I’ve heard it said from a great many noteworthy authorities that great bodies are built in the kitchen, not the gym I was wondering what sort of diet would be best suited to facilitating the fast development of muscle mass.
I’m not really looking for general advice, (although any advice is warmly welcomed). I already know the basics (Don’t eat a lot of fat - Eat one gram of protein for every 2 kilograms of body weight or whatever.) What I’m specifically looking for is a set dietary plan. If you go to a gym and have been successful in putting on lean muscle mass, what do you eat? Is little and often better than 3 square meals a day? What is the most specific advice you can give me?
