My opining:
Italy, why Pie - Mar? Of course France is going to defend it. If you’d let them, they would have been denied a build. They’d be a bit closer, but now there may be a build there anyway.
So many games where the north is peacefully divied up, it’s fun to see one where everyone is trying to screw everyone else. Looks like Germany is the top, though.
Russia. What game are you playing? Why didn’t you Sil - Mun? Why did you let Turkey have your sea? Why did you submit an impossible support order?
If I may speculate about the Marsailles situation. Italy tried to persuade me that they had renounced their dastardly warlike ways. I appeared to accept those representations, but of course I did not really believe them. Italy took a chance that I would gamble and hold in Spain rather than lose the chance of a build.
Ah, the move is more understandable then, but still slightly iffy. That’s why I ask the questions. Was I right about a build in Mar?
I just hope Russia’s moves are that understandable.

Wikkit, I think you’ve won a Kewpie Doll! As for Italy, he’s not a real board member (although an honorary one by now, perhaps), so you’ll not get a response from him. I’ll ask him next time I get a chance. And I had a similar question for Russia in my head, but as GM have refrained from commentary. Everybody makes mistakes. Some are more costly than others.

Just wanted to check in. Hopefully most of you were aware that I was offline from Thursday to just a few hours ago, and as a result I was silent. I realize now that I forgot to give you all a heads up as to my absence, so hopefully no one took my lack of communication personally.
