Now can somebody explain to me the Soviet Diplomat(played by John Rhys Davies)'s comment at the end of the James Bond film that the Bad Guy would be going back to Russia …“in the Diplomatic Bag.”? Was he shut up i one of those less-than-450-pound jobs? Was he supposed to be cut up and returned as ground beef? Why was sending Jeroen Crabbe’s character back In The Diplomatic Bag supposed to be a Bad Thing?
