No, I’m not hiding anything from my wife. Other than a few links I follow from your posts. 
It’s just easier not having to feel like explaining them.
That and the porn sites.
So is there a way to just disable the history option? Or am I stuck with going through each one and individually deleting them?

History: Days to keep pages in history (slide this value to “0”)

Setting the days to 0 is good, but not perfect. It will still track the history for the current day, erasing it every night at midnight.
tools -----> internet options ----> clear history
I personally would consider a blank history to be more suspicious than one with a few porn sites.
I think the question is, why does your wife mistrust you enough to be looking at your history, and why would she judge you for it?
