Disabling Internet Explorer buttons

Is there a way to run Internet Explorer with the minimise, resize and close buttons disabled?

Sounds like you want Kiosk Mode.

If you want you could run Firefox and there’s a number of add-ons for making it have a highly customizeable kiosk mode: https://addons.mozilla.org/search.php?q=kiosk&app=firefox
