Sleeping Beauty is a Charles Perrault fairy tale. (The Brothers Grimm did write an adaptation of their own, but it is a rather ancient story with many versions, including ones involving necrophelia.)

Ok, I agree with you about the other two, but Dumbo is an awesome movie, easily better than 101 Dalmations, maybe not as good as Bambi but still awesome.
Note the placement of the brackets. The movies that have second round byes faced stiffer competition in Round one that would normally be expected.
Example:
The Emperor’s New Groove faced the #16 seed (Alice in Wonderland) as the underdog (at #17) when it would normally be expected to face the #27 seed (Hunchback). A reward for facing stiffer competition is a second round bye.
Remember, too, that one persons lock seed is another’s horrific ranking.
Happily, we should be done with byes in all following rounds.

The tightest race was Bambi and 101 Dalmatians with 101 taking the competition by two votes!
Other surprises were the surprising strength of The Sword in the Stone against Cinderella and Winnie the Pooh against Sleeping Beauty. That could show some weakness in some of the higher seeds!
Favorites upset this round include Bambi, Hercules, and Mulan. Tough times all around!
