Do ejactulations ever happen while you are say thinking of sex or looking as sexual images but not masturbating? I’m rather curious about that.

I don’t know what an “ejactulations” is but “ejaculations” through fantasy in the awake state are possible but rare in males. Nocturnal emissions (aka wet dreams) are common however especially in young males and they don’t usually involve any masturbation so they are a version of the same thing.

Spontanous ejaculations do happen, but are extremely rare. The first and only time it happened to me was at age 13.

In addition, the antidepressant clomipramine has the rare side effect of triggering an orgasm by yawning.

Not exactly what you’re referring to, but it’s not unusual for me to have an orgasm when I’m playing with my partner’s body or if we’re heavily making out, even if my own genitals aren’t being touched. Are you male or female? Because it is much more likely in females. I’d cite, but I can’t remember where I read it, and I can’t think of what to search. Heck, I know of websites that try to teach you to give an orgasm over the phone

That other thing you describe I think can happen to anybody. At least, it does to me.

Well, not me personally, I’m far too manly for that, but if you’ve ever been to a strip club it’s pretty evident that premature ejaculation is not an uncommon occurrence.
