Is it possible for a man to ejaculate without having an orgasm?
I’ve heard this, but I’ve always been a touch suspicious. I mean, I have girl orgasms and they come in many shapes and sizes - some are big, some are small. I guess I’m wondering if non-orgasm ejaculation is actually just small orgasms.

In my experience it’s not all that rare and occurs as the result of an attempt to hold off climax in order to heighten pleasure. Ironically, it has the opposite effect.
Semen is ejaculated from the penis but the usually concomitant pleasure of an organsm is not acheived.

It’s most likely to happen as a result of direct prostate stimulation, but human bodies specifically and biology in general are messy and complicated enough that I wouldn’t be at all surprised at it happening with no apparent cause at all.
It’s also possible, if you’re wondering, for a man to have an orgasm without ejaculation. The most common cause for this is if the man in question has already had multiple ejaculations in relatively rapid succession, and has just plain run dry, but again, there’s no reason it couldn’t happen spontaneously.
Technically I believe the answer is no.
I have certainly had orgasms that weren’t very pleasurable, but they were still according-to-Hoyle orgasms, even if they didn’t feel as great as others.

Yeah, this is the only circumstance in which I’ve encountered the phenomenon eg in a last ditch attempt to prevent partner disappointment, desperately thinking of Mrs Thatcher, dustbins, world poverty and credit card bills, and then a rather perfunctory splooge anyway.
There’s a whole subculture devoted to the “ruined orgasm” or “spoiled orgasm” - where the sub is firmly restrained and the Domme applies just enough stimulation to cause him to begin ejaculating without dropping the other shoe, so he ejaculates rather less than he normally would and stops short of full orgasm. Then for added emphasis it’s rinse and repeat until he’s thoroughly drained of semen without once actually coming full-on. Not my scene, but hey, different strokes…

No, by hand. Stop at exactly the right time and a man will shoot an appreciable amount (not a full load) without quite coming to orgasm. Kinda like there’s two switches to throw, one to trigger semen release and one to actually fire it out, and with practice it’s possible to stop after the first.
Yes, it definitely happens, usually when you feel yourself getting close, but not to the “point of no return” (PNR) . . . and at the same time you’re beginning to lose your concentration. So you’re trying very hard to reach the PNR, and at the same time hold on to your concentration. At a certain point you ejaculate, but without the ejaculatory feeling. You do produce a full load, though it comes out gradually, sometimes over the course of a few minutes. And it is pleasurable, sort of the same way that urination can be pleasurable.
And yes, this is one of the things that a very skilled dom/domme can perform on a submissive.
And it bears pointing out that neither this type of ejaculation nor a “normal” one necessarily requires an erection.
