I mean full-on groupies - men they choose at the end of a gig for sex.
On the one hand it seems likely, and there’s no real reason they wouldn’t. Except on the other hand I haven’t really heard that it is so, and women are certainly in a different situation when it comes to things like this.
So does anybody know?
The Bangles were quite famous for it, there’s even a tape (which doesn’t actually, from what I hear, have any Bangle sex on it.) A great deal of cocaine is involved.

Ann Wilson (of Heart) was once quoted as saying something to the effect that they guys in the band were over protective. Sure, they could pick up somebody and take 'em back to the hotel, but if SHE did it they would get all funny.

Well, there are certainly loads of male fans who’d love to have sex with Susannah Hoffs, Lita Ford, Gwen Stefani, et al. And there are a fortunate few who’ve gotten to do it.
But are there male equivalents of the female groupies who follow bands from town to town, hoping against hope for a chance to sleep with a rock star? I doubt it strongly.
Yes, but the rock stars usually go to court to get a restraining order.
