There are a number of posters here, of the Hyper Partisan Hack species (esp the Legal Pedant subspecies), whose screeds are burned into my brain.

You’re not even close. I just remember a couple of witty comments you’ve made. And one random fact that you once posted (I saw a guy who looks just like you teaching an evening class at MATC, and I almost stuck my head in the classroom and asked “Excuse me, but are you the gentleman that always travels with two pillows and a parrot?”).

I’d say, if you have the superpower that causes people to go apeshit crazy and get banned, I’m glad you’re using that power to help clear the board of the crazies. And if you can take any credit for getting JOSH out of here, I’ll start working on that statue of you… with a parrot.

I don’t need to piss off the two most recent people again by pointing a finger at them, but if you want links. here are 3 of the 4 Pit threads started with me as the target. I can’t find the last one, and I can’t even remember what it was about, but I remember clearly thinking, “This is the FOURTH time I’ve been Pitted.”

Boyo Jim was feeling some angst, although he couldn’t identify it as such since he was unaware that the word existed or what the definition was, but if he had been aware of it, he would know that it means a feeling of anxiety, apprehension, or insecurity and that it is of German origin and that Hitler probably felt the same emotion; not to say that Boyo has Nazi leanings, but then he’s the one feeling the angst, now isn’t he?

Sorta my thought when I gave them a quick look. Not a single, “Stupid motherfucker,” or “I hate your guts and wish you dead,” to be seen.

I’ve never started a Pit thread, nor ever expect to, but in keeping with historical Boyo Jim pittings, “I hope you get sub-optimal returns on your investments.”
