Do I enrage people here beyond reason and restraint?

Boyo Jim, a few posters here have annoyed me, and you’re *not *one of them.

This is how I feel when reading Boyo Jim’s posts.

Oh, that was low. Low ROI..

[sub]Ok, I’ll just see myself out.[/sub]

How dare you! You massacred my whole village and sold me into slavery! And you don’t even remember?! I’m so angry with rage I could spit cats. Grrrrrrr! I shall get my revenge on you someday, you hear?? You and the city of Cleveland shall feel my awful wrath!!

Hey! If I sold you into slavery, I could hardly have have massacred your whole village, now could I? Maybe I massacred the rest of your village. But really, so many villages, so many massacres … How can I be expected to remember each and every massacre?

May Boyo Jim get a slightly large but not too large blemish on a slightly visible but not too visible area on him that is slightly painful but not too painful and embarrassing but not too embarrassing!

this, but nicer. AKA “it’s all good”

I’m hating your stinking guts right now for both having, and then royally flubbing, a GOLDEN opportunity to say:

“The day the great Boyo graced your village was the most important day of your life, but for Jim, it was Tuesday.”

Well, it’s pretty unanimous that you don’t enrage enough people, Boyo Jim so please try harder.

Alternatively, those not represented here are beyond reason and restraint when it comes to you, and cannot possibly post for fear of mod reprisals.

Then, if you consider the ones with you on their Ignore list…

…Is this recreational…?

I’m not sure what you’re Pitting yourself for, Boyo Jim. Checking your recent posts, the most offensive seems to be from the Haiku Madness thread:

This might enrage me if I were a Celine Dion fan. Instead I’m afraid I’ve never heard of her.

These threads are each several years old. Perhaps you should be Pitted for not enraging people often enough. BTW, it was clever to start a self-Pitting thread in MPSIMS instead of BBQ Pit. Hoping for more confused respondents to get BANNED, is it? :stuck_out_tongue:

Hell is other people. Therefore, you enrage me, Boyo Jim, for bringing even more hell into my life. Especially that time that Cat Whisperer and I met you for lunch in Madison.

Rage!

Other than that one thing I pitted you for, I have zero problems with you.

I thought you were rude to the poster in question, but that doesn’t mean you enrage me. Honestly prior to this the only thing I remembered about you is that you wrote a really, really, terrible sentence.

(And then called someone out on their grammar! Tasty, tasty irony.)

I generally enjoy your posts, but I agreed with Agent Foxtrot’s mild pitting of you. Sorry, no rage from me.

Boyo Jim, I forgot to add that your choice of mustard is completely wrong.

Yellow, stadium, spicy brown, stone ground, or Dijon, you are clearly in the wrong.

You will ultimately be held accountable for this egregious lapse in judgement, and will be taken to task by the vendors in your area.

Mustard mafia for life yo.

This is why I have slight feelings of mild dislike for you. You take no pride in your work. If you really cared, you’d remember every village and every massacre. When I become an Evil Overlord I just don’t see myself taking you on for my Legion of Doom other than as a target for weapons practice.

You’re certainly no Gary Oak.

Gosh, I miss him.

Chun-Li: My father saved his village at the cost of his own life. You had him shot as you ran away! A hero at a thousand paces.

M. Bison: I’m sorry. I don’t remember any of it.

Chun-Li: You don’t remember?!

M. Bison: For you, the day Bison graced your village was the most important day of your life. But for me… it was Tuesday.
ETA: Yes, I know it’s been referenced already, but it doesn’t count without the TV Tropes link.

Well done.

I don’t have a problem with you. For the most part I like having you around. We could use more of the old dopers back as this board gets more polarized to extremes every year. Oh the yearning for more diversity. I wish more people could joke and not be hostile.
