1000. - 1500 + for some beat up, older high mileage car as if this is “fair” market value for these cars please remember that many (not all) older 60k-80K+ mileage cars are often “wholesaled” out to non-dealership, off site used car lots for a few hundred dollars each and often have a host of hidden problems. The 1000 - 1500 + prices often reflect a discount the dealer gave off the new car’s price to entice the buyer to take the deal and in no way reflect the “true” value of the car.
