do male cats have ummm. genitalia ive never seen 1 and if not how do they mate?
Being fairly evolved mammals, yes, they do have it. If you look behind them when their tails are lifted, I’m fairly sure you’d find a pair of testicles (though my cats are neutered, so I can’t confirm), but I can confirm that when the cat gets… “aroused”, it’s pretty visible.

They do, else why would they get neutered? Its is small; don’t expect it to drag on the ground. If you pick the cat up and search between it’s legs using your fingers to part fur you’ll finally find them, just take heed, if the cat hisses or growls back off ASAP.

Male cats definitely have external genitals. Even neutered males have visible scrotums – if the tail is lifted you’ll get a view. The male cat’s penis is fairly small compared to its body size, but the females don’t seem to mind. The same is true of gorillas, so I suppose size isn’t everything.
