Good, but they have the right to ban you if they like. Freedom of speech applies to the government. A private organization can do what they like. Freedom of speech isn’t going to stop your boss from firing your ass if you call him a douchebag right to his face.

I don’t have a reason to call my boss such a thing and as long as I am able to be here, I will give my two cents on what interests me and if some one doesn’t like what I have to say, they will just have to deal with it because I don’t know what others are going to think.
