Do women with "man hands" really exist?

Per the Seinfeld show claim has anyone ever seen an otherwise normally porportioned female with a pair of “man hands”?

I just have to look at my own. Granted, they aren’t completely masculine–they’re softer and I have nails. But my palms are large and muscular, and my fingers have big knuckles. A couple guys I’ve dated have commented on the size of my hands, but I’m usually the one to say I have “man’s hands.”

Yes. I know a very attractive woman, one who is maybe 5’8", weighs about 140 pounds, with very large, manly hands. Not hairy, but they have large knuckles, relatively uniform width along a finger compared to a normal woman’s hands, and BIG in realtion to her frame and height – something you’d expect to see on a 6’ tall longshoreman.

It’s a definite turn-off. I would feel a bit strange about holding hands with a woman, if those hands are larger than mine.

I met Marina Sertis (Deanna Troi from ST:TNG) and I would classify her as having man hands.

Just out of curosity, mightn’t the opposite be true? An otherwise normal male with slender, feminine hands?

Yeah but it’s more than size. I have largish, normally proportioned (quite handsome actually  ) “man hands” but I’m a 6’3" man. My 5’10" 15 year old daughter’s fingers are actually longer than mine but her palm is less broad and her fingers are much more tapered and slender, just like her mothers. The “man hands” (regardless of size) criteria definitely requires a squarish pair of mitts with not so tapering fingers.

My hands are well proportioned for my body, but they are kind of squarish, and my fingers are crooked, and knobby, and have big knuckles. I wouldn’t exactly call them, “manly”, rather, they’re just more “masculine” than your average woman’s hands.

I’ve never had anyone complain, or consider them a turn off(at least not that I’m aware of anyway), however. I also do have the kind of fingernails that most women long for. I am constantly being told, “I hate you”, for having the kind of nails that I do(and have even had a few people mistake them for tips), although I’m not the type to really be into fingernails, so I don’t do much more than keep them filed, and clean.

In college, I ate supper every night with a guy who had small, perhaps womanish hands.

We made fun of him unmercifully. Still brings a grin to my face.

Kinda IMHOey, IMHO.

Yes, one of the most stunningly attractive women I’ve known had “man hands.” Probably still does; I just haven’t seen her for a bit. She was a lithe brunette, and gorgeous - enough so that she’d cause a little stir when she entered a bar.

And she had man hands. You wouldn’t notice them right off the bat, but once you did, there they were. Big, muscular, - made a boxy looking fist - transplants, it seemed. So out of place with the rest of the architecture. So, yes, she had man hands. And she had man feet. And man problems.
