Do you feel disoriented on treadmills?

This. I get so used to the ground below me moving that it feels weird when I’m standing on stationary ground again.

I never read when I’m doing cardio, though. I figure that if I’m going slow enough that I can concentrate on a magazine, I’m not pushing myself as hard as I should.

I always feel like I’m running diagonally, even though I’m not.

I don’t have any trouble on a treadmill. I own one and use it all the time. But some equipment does seem to fuck with my equilibrium. I don’t know what they’re called but the things like the Gazelle? I’m barely okay while on them, and will immediately tip over once I stop.
