Do you have a crêpe pan?

I have a dedicated crepe pan. It was made by Atlas Metal Spinning in San Francisco and was given to me by my sister some 20 years ago. It is a high carbon steel pan and has developed a wonderful surface and does not require lubrication or cleaning beyond wiping it with oil after use. It is one of the unitaskers in my household.

I have one and I love it. The short sides make it very easy to flip a crepe over and I find it cooks very evenly. I used a regular large non-stick pan for years, but then I got this crepe pan as a gift and I don’t think I’ve gone back to the regular pan since.
