Do you have a preferred bedtime?

I have terrible sleep habits. I stay up 'till between 1:30 - 3:00 or later (earlier?) Unless I have to work. I need to be there by 5 am. I nap/rest every day around 4 or 5 pm. I’ve always been a night owl, and because the house is so crowded and such a mess all the time, I get overwhelmed and exhausted, so I go hide in my room and sleep or just turn the lights off. I don’t get much done.
