Eat in the shower?
That’s just gross.
I mean, that’s where people PEE, fercryingoutloud! 
Eating in the shower, that’s just weird.
Now, one time, I tried to eat while watching a Joel Schumacher movie. That was a challenge.

Coffee and cigarettes, yes - food, just seems like it would be a logistical challenge. I mean, I have a covered coffee cup, and I can set it out of the stream, and it’s no biggie to hold a cigarette out of the flow, but how in the world do you keep food in there without it getting soaking wet?
The occasional beer? Absolutely. I do brush my teeth in the shower in the mornings, too.
I read and drink in the shower but never eat. I only eat while taking a bath.
I brush my teeth, drink coffee, drink booze, pee, smoke pot, and masturbate in the shower…
ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

I’ve entered the bathroom with a cookie in my hand while I’m planning to take a shower, but I usually eat said cookie before I do anything else.
Wouldn’t your food get all soggy and wet? Eeeew!
I munch on fruit while im having a bubble bath on the weekends… but everything would get too wet in a shower.
Eating on a crapper? I hope whoever does that realizes that when you flush, all the bacteria goes flying up and around like a geyser… and that means onto your food. Blech!
I occasionally take a cup of coffee with me into the shower, but because I worry about getting soap splashed into it, I usually drink the coffee before I do any washing and it ends up not saving any time.
Also, I’m pretty forgetful in the morning, so whenever I bring coffee into the shower I usually end up finding a half-cup of cold, abandoned coffee perched on the side of the tub when I come home at night.
This reminds me of a conversation my friends and I were having a couple of years back. Someone thought that brushing your teeth in the shower would definitely save time in the morning. True, but we thought that was kind of gross to use shower water to rinse your mouth with.
Besides, there was the issue of having the toothpaste-y water in the shower afterwards… that was a bit off-putting.
As for eating in the shower… I’ve never done it myself. Eating while taking a dump? Never. Haven’t really eaten anything in the bathroom… guess I’m just straight-laced when it comes to that kind of thing.
