I recall this came up a couple of years ago and I was truly surprised at how many people were emphatically opposed and disgusted by the notion.
Well, I am chiroptera and I pee in the shower. I also brush my teeth while showering. I think it’s sanitary and saves water - Green bonus!
I am a man. I pee wherever and whenever the mood strikes. It is my birthright and I have exercised that right since I was born. Showers are the least of my conquests.
Yes, yes I do. I don’t understand why people would find that…oh wait. I just imagined someone other than me peeing in the shower I use and…ew… Wow…omg how could I…eww…well…damn.

Yup. Back when I was a lone stallion, I was taking a shower with my then girlfriend. She was rinsing her hair, you know, that sexy lean back with hands in her hair with her eyes closed. I had to pee, so I did. On her feet. About halfway through voiding, she opened her eyes, saw me smiling, and looked down to see what I was doing. "Oh My God,* what are you doing?*"
She didn’t find it as funny as I did.
Yep. Wimmins are like that.
Of course, after 25 years, I’ve caught her a time or two as well.

After I pee in the toilet right before getting in the shower, I wash my hands in the sink first. So you can probably guess about whether I would ever think about peeing in the shower.
I totally pee in the shower. I’m classy and thoughtful though, because when my fiance is in the shower with me, I warn him before I do it.
I shave too with just a bar of soap and a razor. Multi tasking.
To clarify, I pee in the shower if I get the urge, it’s not like I wait until I get in the shower to pee.
I pee in the wash off showers on the beach, only if I’m sure that the color of the urine would be clear. 
By that point, I really don’t care.

I can’t speak for the OP, but I’m fully capable of doing two things at once, and usually brush my teeth whilst I’m rinsing shampoo and/or conditioner out of my hair, so it’s time when the water would be running anyway.
No. Pee is for the toilet. And shower water is HOT, I’m not putting it in my mouth when I brush my teeth. Gross.

Couple things:
Unless you’re wantonly pissing on the walls or shower curtain, how is this an issue? I would think shower pissers aim straight for the drain.
