I pee every time I take a shower, so about once a month.
I’m not swimming with any of you people who say yes.
I don’t see why not. It saves a little time in the morning, it saves the water for flushing, and it’s all going down the drain anyway.
Peeing in the shower is FAR different from peeing in the pool. I pee in the shower every single time and I would NEVER pee in a pool, fyi.

i am a guy and have never in my life thought of peeing while in the shower.
I usually pee first thing in the morning but it takes no time at all as I have to wait for the shower to get warm and usually brush my teeth etc.
Do you pee straight into the drain, or do you piss down your leg and let the shower wash it off? I guess that needs to be another question.
Eewww! Gross! I would never pee on myself. 
Guy here. I’ve peed in the shower occasionally, but not very frequently. Sometimes when you’re in the shower with all the warm water running down you, you get a strong urge to pee. Most guys aren’t going to get out of the shower, stand in front of the toilet, pee, then get back in the shower and finish. And sometimes you just can’t hold it until you’ve finished your shower. So, I’ve just let it fly at the drain and let the water from the shower wash it down. Pee’s supposed to be sterile, anyway. For what it’s worth, I live alone, so I don’t need to be considerate of anyone else who might use the same shower. And I’d never pull a George Costanza and pee in a public shower.
I pee in the shower. Not every time, just when the mood hits me. The shower drain literally goes down the same drain as the toilet anyway, so getting out to pee in the middle of a shower is useless.

Rarely–when I’ve forgotten to do it beforehand, and the sound of running water makes it too hard to contain myself. I can’t stop the shower and do it without risking slipping and hurting myself and getting the bathroom all wet, as I can’t use the towel until I’m clean.
Never. When I was in high school gym class (40 years ago), I was drying off after taking my shower. Suddenly I could hear lots of guys starting an uproar over one kid having taken a whiz in the shower. So I guess most guys shared my disgust over the concept.
Come on guys, all the cool peeple are doing it. Give in to the peer pressure! Gee whiz, if ur in the shower, you might as well have a mellow yellow.

Good question. The water-saving aspect seems to be a non-starter unless you are washing your hair while letting the urine fly or still have those old 4-5 gallon/flush toilets. My toilets use something like 1.5 gallons per flush and the shower is something like 2.5 gallons per minute. If I took the time to aim at the drain, it wouldn’t take long until I was using more water.
I never pee in the shower but then I wasn’t raised by wolves.
You don’t have to aim manually, you just stand where ever necessary to result in hitting near the drain. Then you can be lathering up or whatever at the same time.
The few times I’ve done it I aim directly for the drain.
You pee while you’re brushing your teeth?
Good question. I aim for the toilet, which means that I have to arc it up over the sink.
