I do, because i am fascinated by the movies. Upon occasion, I will see the death of some long-forgotten movie star of the 1930’s-40’s, etc., and wonder about this person…what’s it like to be on top…and then fade from view?
Do most of these people wind up like “Baby Jane”…living in the past, surrounded by their fading memories?
Like the late Victor mature (I belive he passed away 3 years ago). I’d be willing to bet that ol Vic was pretty much forgotten…yet he was a very popular actor in his day. It has been said, that to be a successful actor, you have to be able to transform yourself into a totally different person…the questionis, what to you revert to,once your acting days are over?
