Do I feel a draft? Yes! I took the scissors and razor downstairs Monday in Costa Rica (on second thought, maybe I should have waited until I got back to the US, but what the hell?) Did touch ups through the week, letting things settle a bit for this weekend. Did a trial and went shorn above the shaft also. Looks odd.

Its at this point that I should interject that my radio station throws a annual concert and we call it “The Big Hoo Ha”. I will never think of that phrase the same way again.
Actually the pic I have in the SD People Pages was taken at last years “Hoo Ha” and you may be able to make out that phrase on my clothing.

I’m trimmed very short and always have been, one old girlfriend even asked me to completely shave, claiming it would give her added stimulation? Women is this true or just her own little fetish?

I have always kept mine very neatly trimmed. I use an electric trimmer (and a very steady hand). However, I completely shave the bottom of “the area”. So, the IMPORTANT BITS are completely clean.
And I’m glad there are so many men who actually take the time to trim. No one wants to stick their face into a briar patch.

As I tend to be rather hairy “downstairs”, I have to keep it trimmed to stop it growing out of control. I’m not particularly keen on having a jungle down there, so I take care of it three times a week, regular as clockwork!
I use clippers on my groin area (#1, to match my head), then shave my balls with a razor. I’ve even started to shave round the back now, if you get my meaning. Because nothing is worse than a hairy ass crack
One thing’s for sure - shaved balls are much more sensitive to being stroked and licked. That alone keeps me reaching for the razor again and again.
I am curious - how can you use nair on your pubes? I thought that stuff would melt the skin off your body in an area like that. I was going to try this once, but fear stopped me before I went through with it.
I love to keep my area free of debris, but is such a pain in the butt to do with scissors, and electric razors scare me. I would never use a bic type razor for fear of losing the things I am trying to make prettier. Now waxing is something I hadn’t considered. Any guys have any experience with this sort of thing? Where the heck do you find someone willing to do this kind of thing for you?

I’ve tried Nair but my hair is so coarse that it eats Nair for breakfast. It’s very coarse. For daily use, I use a very fine electric trimmer, but if I’m going for super smooth, what I use is Magic Shave cream… the stuff that black men use for their beards. Works incredibly well. Just be careful about “crevices” cuz it can burn a little in there. Occasionally I’ll use a straight razor (makes for nice visual effect, but I have to be in a VERY calm and brave mood… which isn’t often). As far as guys, Turbo just uses a regular bic type razor. Takes him about 2 minutes, and never had a nick yet.

Ohh God, the ITCHING!!! I’ve shaved clean on occasion (male) but regrowth is the worst two weeks of pure hell you can imagine, it’s like frisky teething baby kittens are wrestling in your shorts. Ow! Never again will I do this.
I do however trim down with a beard-trimmer so the hairs are long enough to be springy and bouncy, yet not so short that I feel like Joey is walking a picket line of bayonets.

I know you were all holding your breath waiting for this one, so I thought I would share as soon as possible.
Last night I recieved my Igea Hair Removal products in the mail. I have a roll-on type applicator, a spray bottle, and some cream. I am planning on experimenting with them this evening.
I’ll report back tommorrow and let you all know how it went.

I shave mostly and trim the rest. I use a razor, although I should probably use something that keeps the hair away longer, for I am lazy and feel no need to shave anything more than twice a week unless there’s some specific reason I have to. I’ve tried that Nad’s hair removal stuff down there: it doesn’t really hurt, but for some reason one of the pores started bleeding. Oy, that was a pain in the… ass… well, not the ass, but you get the point.
Why should I? Nobody gets to see them.
