Well I do. I use scissors on the bush until its about 5mm long, and then a razor on the scrotum to make it totally bald. Its great, it adds at least one inch to your penis length.
The importance of penis legnth (& girth) is in the…experience, not the visual! Us wimmins are not visual types; in general we tend to be a bit more tactile. 
Having said that…No. I shave it all off.

The ones who never do extracurricular grooming and those of us who couldn’t imagine not doing it.
I prefer a routine of using Nair about every other week or so with a every other day touch-up with the electric razor in the interim. I’ll use a regular razor to tidy up anything not covered by the nair.
I prefer mostly smooth with a little landing strip in the middle.
I’ve been debating this very subject for a few weeks now. Should I or shouldn’t I? I would be interested in hearing the pros and cons so to speak. Anyone have an educated or just plain opinionated thought?

This was coming from a girl that really got off on pleasing guys. After she asked (specifically about the scrotum area) and I replied, like you, “Why should I?” she says, “You get a much better blow job, if you know what I mean.” I shaved that night. 
And now I think, kinda like Turbo Dog, that, despite not being pierced myself, it looks much better.
