Our school is starting a house system (yes, like Harry Potter), and I need a good house name. We’re all of course terrible with Latin, which is what we’d like to use for the names, and the Latin teacher is being slow with helping.
My teacher-partner and I currently have “Dominus Terrificus” which I suspected was pretty hack Latin, and were told it was. We meant something like “Masters of Excellence”, but the more I think about it, the lamer that sounds. Can you out there come up with something in Latin that means something cool, and do you also know the correct declinations and such for it? Your contribution may live on for decades or more…
