Jeez, what a bunch of naysayer’s.
I support war! Er, “the” war (wait, which war? Iraq? I do NOT support fuzzy wars like “the war on terror” or “the war on drugs”). I wish Eisenhower was in charge of it tho. Providing he was also alive… and not 116 years old… Someone like Eisenhower, anyway.
Then again, I also support bombing countries with names I can’t pronounce. No, wait, “I support bombing countries whose names I can’t pronounce”? “I support the bombing of any country that has a name which I cannot pronounce”? I’ll come in again…

I supported invading Afghanistan and Iraq but only if we did it correctly by building a real coalition and getting UN support. As we did not,

Afganistan, yup. Iraq, NO. I was against it, but Colin Powell faked me out with his UN speech, but then the poor guy had been faked out himself. Now I realize my first inclination was correct.

Male, 47. I think the war is an ethical abomination, that we have innocent blood on our hands, have engaged in unilateral aggression, and have tossed our international reputation deep into the toilet, all as consequences of this stupid, exorbitantly expensive war. I most certainly do not support it in any shape way fashion or form.
I feel bad for the soldiers who were sent over there to participate in it. (Not to the exclusion of feeling bad for the Iraqi folk themselves or anything)
