…so someone’s job will be on the firing line! Posting this as a warning:
So some people accidentally received the DVD early and have watched the final episode already. If you want to keep unspoiled (harder for us downunder who have to wait an additional week to watch the final!) then keep off twitter where spoilers are apparently rampant and keep as far away from any other Doctor Who related sites as well. And if you know what happens pretty please don’t post it here: even in a spoiler box, if you can contain yourself. Thanks.
The BBC is kicking butt tonight. I found several twitter accounts suspended for leaking the final. Theres still one left standing. It’s not very long. Seven sentences total.
The Doctor Who wiki got hacked with the spoiler. It’s cleaned and locked right now.
My lips are sealed. It can be found with effort. Took me fifteen mins.
Funny thing about Moffat’s Doctor Who. He never really answers all the questions. His episodes always creates more questions then they answer. Next week is no different.
I don’t have a twitter account. Can someone explain why this warranted a suspension? What rule did those people violate? If the DVDs were inadvertently sent out early (as opposed to being stolen), it’s not illegal to watch them. Does twitter have a problem with posting spoilers in general, or something?
I think it’s a copyright issue. BBC is protecting their creative ideas until the show airs. Must be some serious pressure because none of the Dr Who spoiler sites are posting the spoiler.
The twitter accounts I saw were some ugly racist trolls. They were getting a kick out of stirring up the Who fans.
GNAA is behind the trolling. yuck, not a nice group. I won’t repeat what those letters stand for. They hacked the Doctor Who wikis last night. I think they’re safely cleaned and locked now.
