Does anybody else ever search for themselves?

I like the idea to search for your own username to know if somebody is talking about you…
but with my username that wouldn work… cause everybody calls me dodgy, and I d get a shitload of searchresults
So even if I wanted to be paranoid, I coudlnt… sigh

Yeah, I do the same thing Intriguing ? does. It’s the best way to keep track of threads to see if anyone has replied with something interesting. Given that I often can’t remember what I did yesterday, it’s nice to have search to tell me what threads I’ve been posting to.

I don’t search old threads–I figure if they’re more than a few days old, then they’re dead.

I generally just keep up with threads I’ve posted to the old fashioned way–if they’re on the first few pages, I’ll see them. I’ve run searches on myself a few times–this usually happens after I’ve found somebody invoking my name without telling me, which has happened two or three times.
