Actually, spingears, you yourself would be one of the best posters to answer the question you ask. In GQ, you frequently post opinions that have little if anything to do with the OP. As in this case, you often seem not to have read the OP carefully. You also often seem not to have read the other posts in the thread, since you frequently post information that others have already provided. And the information you post is often flat-out wrong.
If you could tell us why you feel compelled to do this, perhaps we might better understand the motivations of others who do the same thing.
I note that you failed to put in an appearance in this Pit thread about you from last week, when you evidently saw fit to send an e-mail to another poster critical of his OP : Who is WSHBaker?
spingears, before you begin to criticize the behavior of other posters, you would do well to clean up your own act if you wish to avoid further Pittings.
