This aired on Saturday Mornings during commercial breaks (early 70s), similar to the Schoolhouse Rock cartoons–but there any similarity ends.
“Pop Up” didn’t have any music, just words that would move around on the screen, with some Greer-Garsonish woman’s voice sounding them out. The only one I can remember was “Is it as it is?” “It is.” But there were a bunch more.
What was the deal with that? Was it supposed to be educational?
