It was a site where you’d put in a name, and it would hit up Google to search ‘[name] is’ and display the results in an organized fashion? Like:
Mike…is a prude
Mike…is living in Kalamazoo
Mike…is saying ‘Hi Opal!’
It wasn’t an official Google site or anything like that, it just used Google to grab the results. You can do the same thing in a normal Google search, but this site showed it in a nicer fashion.

Since that was answered so fast, could I ask a follow-up question?
What is the point on that site of selecting “who”, “what”, “where” or “when” before you search? It looks like no matter what it just searches for “[search term] is” and it doesn’t matter which one you use. So are they trying to collect statistics on what categories people most like to search for? Or is it there to make the thing seem more sophisticated?
[ETA: Actually, I think I just answered my own question. It’s there so you can see the top searches in each “category” by clicking on “who is”, “what is” etc.]
Googled my real name. Looks like the mode of results is stuff about the bishop. Pretty sure none of them is about me.
I have one of the biggest names in broadcasting. Unfortunately, I am not in broadcasting, so these tools never work for me.
Your name’s “Walter Cronkite”? Wow.
