This is for a friend so the details are sketchy:
It was a children’s book where a little girl would collect boxes and make things out of the boxes (she said it may have been bags but she is leaning towards boxes). It would have been from the 70s. No other details, unfortunately. My Googling was weak so I am giving this a shot because she would like to find the book again. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks.
There’s one I remember about a girl who makes different things out of a refrigerator box - Christina Katerina and the Box.
I can’t remember the title, but I recall a Scholastic book from the 70s about a little girl who collected boxes and made dollhouse rooms out of them. She lived in an apartment building, and I think the dollhouse was supposed to be an idealized version of a perfect apartment.
