Sheesh, Muffin, talk about panic adreneline! That sounds awful! I could barely shift mine empty, but if Da Woofer were underneath, yeah–you do what you have to.
Actually I’m past tired, been in this chair too long and the it’s time for a soak. (Thanks for the reminder!)
Does being clean make me feel good? Wull yah… cause
people stop avoiding me.
I like being dirty too. I used to work in the ceramics lab at the local college, mixing clay. My nickname was ‘pig pen’ because I was literally a walking cloud of dust. It was kinda neat. Especially if I saw someone I didn’t like. One slap on the thigh and I could obscure and entire room. Makes for a great super power.
sorry for the hijavk but did you name your cat after Polgara from David Eddings’ books? I adore the author and especially Polgara and Belgarath but it’s so hard to find people that know about them
Sorry, I didn’t. I named all the cats based on how they looked and behaved as kittens. Pol was for Pick of Litter, for he was the only one which could be a show cat (not that I could care in the slighest). He is the all black one at the very bottom: http://fathom.org/cgi-bin/pm.cgi?login=Muffin&action=display
To avoid a hijack, here is some bathing content. POL and Squeaker fell in the tub about an hour back while chasing each other, and continued chasing each other out through the cat door. Pol just returned, covered in snow and ice, and if Squeaker does not show up in a few minutes, I’ll have to go find him. (When they scooted out, I put a couple of towels in the dryer to warm up for their return.)
Here, I’ll ask Pol if having a bath makes him feel good.
m’jp
Well, there you have it. Too bad he does not type too well. My best guess is that he meant either “No,” or “Why are you letting me walk on the keyboard.”
