I miss Andy. At least one of the talk shows should have one. Playing off the band leaders just isn’t the same dynamic.

I still remember a moment when Andy was talking about his shock at seeing furry websites,and Conan said Andy stop that there could be children watching.
Then Andy said oh Conan if they’re watching you they are screwed up beyond hope already. 
If you had said “Does Conan need a new barber?”, I would say YES .
My favorite Andy bit was when he conned Conan into saying “I would really like to hold your wet bag.”

fave Andy moments- years ago.
Andy at Mardi Gras asking drunken revelers their opinions of the Clinton Health Care plan;
Andy at a Music Awards show asking various musicians if they’d enjoy a Thin Lizzy reunion, only to be ignored UNTIL he gets to Melissa Etheridge who gushes about “The Boys Are Back in Town”- THEN Andy became cool for the musicians to talk to.
Conan had Jack Black on quite a while ago and they discussed this very issue, and I think he (Mr. Black) would make an excellent sidekick. The two had great chemistry. Or Conan could have temporary sidekicks, with each being on for a week or two. He could have Artie Lange, Norm McDonald, Jay Mohr, etc. All the guys who stick around for the second guest and make rude but hilarious comments throughout.
Favorite Andy moments:
Him appearing butt naked behind Matt Lauer on The Today Show set, starting to sit down across from him in the interview chair, and Matt stopping him and giving him a towel to sit down on.
Andy at Woodstock, jumping in fully suited with the “Mud People”, then doing all his musician interviews complete caked with mud from head to toe.
