I think so. What you need to counter its effects it to listen to Clifton Chenre, August Darnell, Flaco Jimenez, y El Rey Del Norte Ramon Ayale.
Ok one group is Zydeco, and Canjon. The other is Tex-Mex Conjunto, and Mexican Norteno. Both which go good with spicy foods, and ice cold beers.
All I can visualize from the old Larence Welk , and Drew Barry show is that it looks pretty lame with plenty of extra helpings of Sourkraut, and Old Style Beer.
