This is what sets dopers apart from the rest of the world. On anybody else’s ceilin’ we’d have the BVM or Jesus. However, on a doper’s ceilin’, penis ensues! 
It’s a bit abstract for an actual dick, so I’m going to say that it looks more like a dildo.
Once you repair the apparent leak, you can use some Kilz products to take care of the stain. I think you can even find some stuff to replicate the textured ceiling (I’m not sure of the brand for that though).
Someone remarked to me that in this photo that my shadow is somewhat phallic looking. You be the judge. Eh, sometimes a shadow is just a shadow.
