Heard on the radio yesterday that two drug companies are releasing their own versions. I forget what one companys’ version was noted for (maybe it was something like it’s safer to use vis-a-vis heart attacks, etc.), but the second one mentioned that it could provide an erection for 24 hours.
I have no idea what anyone would do with an erection that lasted 24 hours; maybe pound a few loose nails back into the patio deck? Perhaps bash down that tacky old brick bar-b-que pit in the backyard?

The effect is different for different people. You can’t expect that someone else’s story will reflect your reality. And also, to be truthful, sometimes people do er, “elaborate the truth” in order to make a more interesting story.
Alos, one reason a doctor prescribes it is so she (or he) can monitor your response to it and keep an eye on side effects. And those can be troublesome.
I had to take it for a while, some years ago, during a course of anti-depressants. Yes, Prozac.
For me all it did was restore what had gone. I didn’t get world-shattering erections, just normal erections like I used to get before prozac.
If you do have an erection lasting longer than two hours, I’m told there is danger of your erectile tissue losing it’s flexibility - and therefore threatening future erections.
The big difficulty is the spontaneity issue. I more than once sat in bed alongside sleeping beauty, calculating just how much my erection had cost, and how many tablets I had left, and whether it was worth attempting seduction.
