Maybe it’s just me, but this picture of Saddam looks oddly like Screech from Saved By The Bell. It’s the pointing upwards with the goofy eye bugging thing, I think.
I can’t find a similar picture of Screech outside of memory, though, for comparison.

I was looking at that picture thinking, “Damn, he really looks like somebody there, but who?” You nailed it exactly.

Mine too, kind of! Without the beard, but with a moustache in desperate need of a trim. And longer hair.
I was going to say he looks like Walter Matthau in that pose. Kind of.
