Not necessarily. Her first cousins are the children of the siblings of her parents. If one or both of her parents had a lot of siblings, then, yes, she probably has a lot of first cousins.
Dolly has 11 siblings. She probably has a bunch of nieces and nephews.

I haven’t seen a family tree published. I’d guess relatives on the genealogy sites have already researched the Parton family.
One of Dolly’s greatest strengths as a cultural icon was her fearlessness. She could make fun of herself and could NOT be (personally) harmed by criticism. She knew, with utter certainty, who she was and was proud of herself. She was, therefore, immune to harm. We will likely not see her equal again anytime soon.
RIP, Dolly. We will miss you.
Well, of the picture of the two in pink, they may have had the same plastic surgeon, but those aren’t their original faces. Stella is probably the one that she most resembles.
I follow Mark O’Connor’s social media. He played on many of Dolly’s tracks throughout the years. He mentioned that he played on “Rockin Years” which was a #1 country hit duet with Ricky Van Shelton. It was written by her brother Floyd Parton.
