Trump Appears to Have Forgotten Who He’s Running Against in New Ad
Donald Trump released a new ad attacking Joe Biden, not Kamala Harris.

Thank you.
At the expense of sounding deeply cynical-why is this news? It won’t affect anyone’s numbers, and it’s not really surprising.
I agree. Maybe some suburban soccer moms. Maybe. I would have thought he has called her worse than “bitch”
He might not be far enough gone to use the adjective he wants to around his toadies.

As Trump’s brain continues to leak out his ear, we may yet hear him use this insult publicly and/or add certain intensifiers to it that we absolutely expect but haven’t yet been able to confirm.
Having said that, Kamala Harris was a prosecutor. I’m sure she has been called worse. And while nobody loves being called those kinds of names, I can see Trump hurling an insult at her thinking she’s going to just disintegrate and then not knowing what to do when it has no effect at all.
There is that tape that’s supposedly out there somewhere…
Just how much Flavor-aid do you have to drink before you can post this unironically?

Kinda looks like they’re saying to stand against Trump to me.

I’m thinking if that trailer in the picture is completely full of cases of Flavor-aid, it might be enough. If you’re weak minded to start with, that is.
Trump has released a new ad. It doesn’t seem to mention Harris, only Biden?

Here is Chris Christie with a short ad on YouTube admitting that he made a mistake in endorsing Donald Trump in the past.
He doesn’t look so healthy, but good on him.
I’d really love to know how many Republicans are “solidly shaky” on Trump, if that makes sense, and how many are just having last-minute jitters.
A recent conservative conference in Georgia hosted by influential syndicated radio host Erick Erickson featured few, if any, red hats and no rousing promises to “Make America Great Again.”

Good. But what’s motivating him to do this? Trying to stake a position in the event Trump crashes and burns?
The family of Isaac Hayes is suing Trump for 134 counts of copyright infringement for the unauthorized use of Hold On, I’m Coming, demanding that they stop using the song, $3 million in royalties, and that the campaign take down all videos featuring the song.
Trump’s trying to get his son to help him reach out to the younger generations. He wants his own “brat” I guess.
Former president has reportedly turned to Barron and Bo Loudon to tackle what his ‘middle-aged campaign aides have no clue about’: finding favor with young voters
Maybe he assumes that it’s all the same thing, because Harris is the VP, so any fault of Biden’s must also be applicable to her?
All the swing state polling I can find:
Morning Consult has {\color{blue}\mathbf{Harris +3}} in their latest poll. Not sure what Big Village is, but also ahead 3 to 4 percent. No fresh Georgia or Nevada Polls I can find. North Carolina is even in the The Carolina Forward for August 12th. Helping Harris is {\color{blue}\mathbf{Josh Stein}} has pulled way ahead of Mark Robinson for Governor. Arizona seems to be leaning {\color{blue}\mathbf{Harris,}} most recent poll on the 8th though. Pennsylvania has the 2 most recent polls wit…
Following last night’s X-interview by Musk, the United Auto Workers have filed an unfair labour practices complaint with the NLRB against Trump and Musk, for publicly praising the idea of firing union workers:
“I look at what you do,” Trump said to Musk during a two-hour interview Monday night on X, the social media platform Musk owns.
“You walk in, you say, ‘You want to quit?’ They go on strike,” Trump said to Musk, who also is CEO of the EV car maker Tesla and of SpaceX.
“I won’t mention the name of the company, but they go on strike and you say, ‘That’s okay, you’re all gone. You’re all gone. So, every one of you is gone,’” Trump said.
One point that jumped out at me from the article:
“Firing workers for organizing, striking, and exercising their rights as Americans is economic terrorism,” Teamsters President Sean O’Brien said Tuesday in a statement to NBC News, responding to Trump’s remarks.
Teamsters have said that they could endorse either candidate.
I think Trump just made a Teamsters endorsement less likely.
During Donald Trump and Elon Musk's two-hour conversation on X, the former president complimented the Tesla CEO on firing workers who wanted to strike.
