I don’t know if it helps or confuses the point, but if you’ve run track, you might know that 1/4 mile is 440 yards (the quarter mile race is sometimes called the 440 yard dash). There’s three feet in a yard, so if you do the math, you’ll get 5280 feet.

  3. You didn’t answer this one, but this is probably the most useful in day-to-day life if you like to cook. It’s 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon.

The ‘thing’ in my username is a Japanese symbol known as a Kanji. I’m a very large anime and manga fan, and I love Japanese culture just as much, if not, even more. (Hint hint, wink wink for you guys asking questions!).

It is pronounced ‘chi’ (like in ‘CHEEse’) and it is the kanji for the word ‘blood’. :smiley:
