Nothing exciting to report from my side of the pond, it’s grey and drizzly today but not too cold so the heating at Casa Fae remains turned off. I have to go to Fat Club tonight and get on the scales after a weekend of eating out every day so that will not be very good news for me (or for the scales!) - however, tomorrow is the start of another week so it can only get better.
Last night was the usual busy round of exercise, laundry, cooking, dishwashing and putting bins out. I finished all the jobs by 9pm and had a pleasant hour on the sofa with Downton Abbey. Neither of the cats wanted to sit with me, Ophie decided to perch on the arm of the sofa and give me filthy looks instead.
Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. YAWN 'Tis <snerk> 69! <snerk> Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 81 for the day and rain. Pretty much the same for tomorrow as well. Glad I made Ham 'n N.O.T. soup cause I likes soup 'n cornbread on a dreary day. Plus, for south Jawja at least, this is cooler weather.
Jim sounds like you have your heart set on the pearl white bass. I still don’t understand why you want to carry a fish around on stage.

I don juana go to irk today. And yet I must. Here’s hoping I don’t get caught in the middle of any drama.
You know that morning where the birds wake you gently with their dulcet tones of singing after you have slept blissfully for eight hours and then you get shower and get dressed in the most easiest to find yet stunning outfit and then you prepare your lunch almost with out a thought and traffic seems to part so you can get to work on time?

Back at work. Meh. I will admit to having read everything from yesterday, but I did not retain it, so please assume I’m reacting however I’m supposed to react to each and every one of you.
Also, I say go for the pearl white. You’ll be polishing fingerprints off the black constantly.
Now I get to investigate how much of my work got done yesterday.
Bah. Had to come home early from the jugglin’. Got called in for work tonight, and can’t afford to say no at the moment.
Luckily the convention organisey people agreed that I’d paid for two days, and I could stay two days- so I can go back on wednesday

And by “finished,” I mean I finished making them, not finished eating them all yet.
Not me! I drank too much (water) last night; it was damn chillaneous when I rolled out from under the covers at some un-Ogly hour; & I didn’t even need to go outside where it was in the 40°’s.
Why yes occifer, she, uhhh, accidentally tripped & fell onto the knife, & ahhh, got up & uhhh, must’ve slipped on her own blood & fell again…17 times! :eek: All right in the chest! :eek: :eek: Imagine that; what are the odds? :rolleyes:

I don’t know how chillaneous it was at un-Ogly hour this morning, but as of now it’s only 64° inside!
It’s far too early to put the heater on but I may actually need to close the winders (for the first time in 5 weeks) tonight. 
I hate fall!

I just spent a couple of days at the other Navy airfield in the county, the same one where Mooooooom is slaving away for Ms. TightlyWound (no I didn’t run in to them).
Anyway, heading back to the orifice from the OLF this morning, I spotted a bald eagle flying around near St. Mary’s City. It was quite jake.
