While we get a few outright loonies here, I don’t really think we want to attract more. For one thing, they would wander out into the other forums.

Scientific racists should be welcomed here so that we can combat their ignorance. Let them make hundreds of threads for years and years. But a 9/11 truther, hell no, we don’t want their vile despicable opinons tarnishing this board.

I’d be in favour of it. Not only would it make GD more productive (as the crazy threads tend to stay on the front page for way longer than the sensible ones so they help keep decent threads off the front page), but I think a crazy forum has the potential to be hilarious. I’d love it if we had a few more Illuminati MIHOP Lizard People conspiracists on the boards. It’d spice things right up

Every single thread thrown into The Loony Bin would be accompanied by a protest thread posted in ATMB by the OP(or rabble-rousing fans) demanding to know why her/his brilliant idea was spurned in such an unkind manner.
