Do you have one? Do you think another member has a twin running around here?
I don’t know about anyone looking like me or anything, but there are other folks here that seem to either express my exact thoughts (usually much better and more concisely than I do) or are into a lot of the same things. For example, I can’t recall ever having read much of WhyNot’s post that don’t mirror my own feelings. Although I’m not a herbalist, pagan or have kids, she usually could speak for me 100 percent. By the same token, it appears that freekalette and I have a lot in common… dance shows and shock rockers, to just name a couple.
So what about y’all? I’ve noticed people that remind me of someone else (like those that sign their posts, etc.), but I’m going to have to get a bit of input before I specifically remember who all it is and for what reasons. Tell me about any Dead Ringers we’ve got.
Anne Neville has developed a disconcerting habit of saying what I was going to say, only better, and I swear it’s gotten worse since she moved to my city! I am grateful, I think.
Well, Dung Beetle often says what I feel. Jodi frequently says what I wish I’d thought to say. And Delores Reborn’s experiences with her son mirror my experiences with my oldest daughter. So, if the three of them had some kind of offspring. . .
Cisco, I have a brief start whenever I see foolsguinea’s name too. So I hear ya.
And speaking of Miller, we have a lot of the same basic opinions too. But he’s got the verbal smackdown thing going on when needed and I’m left blustering along, not making much, if any, sense.
Neither have I. I’ve been conscious of this for a while. Her last date on the board was 12/23/2007 and she’s still a member. I hope she gets back her soon.
The former member Zenster is personally responsible for my post count being much, much lower than it otherwise would have been, because he invariably got in first with something smarter, better informed, wittier, and more succinct than my offering would have been.
I just bought a DVD of the Japanese movie Doppelgänger and I was going to add it to my DVDSpot list. But they didn’t have it on their index. So I was thinking I’d add it to the index myself but it was going to be a pain to do because I’d have to figure out a way to put in the “ä”. So I decided to skip it for now and come check out new posts on this board instead.
