I hope they don’t mind the comparison, but I think Diogenes the Cynic and DaLovinDJ have expressed beliefs similar to mine on a variety of topics. Even some of their music and movie tastes are uncannily similar.
I’d say Sanguine Spider. She’s talked of her special needs child, and she sounds like she’s been through a lot of the same stuff I’ve been through. She’s also talked about working in an adult shop and meeting porn stars. I’ve done similar things.
And generally speaking, she seems kinda cool. And I like to think I’m kinda cool.
I haven’t found any Doper resembling me the slightest. :o\
But then, I’m fairly new. I might meet a soulmate.
I can’t say that I’ve ever felt especially similar to any other Doper except maybe my roomate and while our personalities are similar, they’re also unmistakably different.
I’ll be interested to see what others say though.
Chicago Faucet but in name only.
mipiace and auntie em. Two ladies after my own heart…and mind.
None of them!
But if you can find me a christian leftist, I’l be happy to meet them!
I am me.
I am just me.
I am a little like others cats,
But, mostly I am just me.
taken from a wonderful print I own.
Has to be lieu, since we both seem to have inherited the ‘chonic smartass gene’.
I’m going to have to go with:
Astro
Its almost erie how often this guy is thinking the EXACT same thing I am.
In Astro’s defence he’s probably alot smarter and alot more likable guy than I am though…

What was the question again?
Oh yeah… um… Zeldar?
vanilla?
Seige?
Wesley the Wild Weasel?
Tom Bombadil?
I’d have to say Shirley Ujest.
I get her. She’s brilliant and funny and has mastered sarcasm.
Hey, vanilla!
I’m Christian! And left handed! (well, ambidextrous anyways)
Honestly?
Cecil Adams.
you know I meant politically…
Hmmm. Philster and I usually are on the same page: At least with handy stuff.
I find a certain kinship to the Teachers on the boards.
And Libertarian and I share a mutual affection for Chess.
Maureen, Tanookie, and Auntie Em lay a certain kinship to my feminine or yang side. Being a man I think knowing your feminine side is an asset.
Add Fairychatmom to my last sentence as well.
CalMeacham and I seem to have read a lot of the same books, seen a lot of the same movies, and share a lot of the same interests. I don’t know anything about his politics, tho… (I’m moderately conservative).
BrotherCadafel - I’ll second your notion about Cal. I really enjoy his posts…and I really enjoyed his book.
I’d love to get it signed [sup]hint, hint[/sup]
