Sorry not to have updated but difficult conversations had to be had last night and today about test results and decisions. My wishes have been conveyed to his care team and we’ll meet tomorrow to sign consents, etc. Our goal is now to keep him as comfortable as possible because there’s nothing else they can do. There was simply too much oxygen deprivation, as they’ve told me from the beginning.

I can’t begin to describe how unreal this is and how mightily it sucks.
