I would truly not have guessed 44.
And aside from that, at the risk of turning this into a flirt thread, I have to say you are quite cute. (Note that I am most definitely NOT implying that women who are 44 cannot be cute.)

Khadaji, dude, no worries. I’m neither politically correct nor too sensitive about people thinking whatever or not about dames over 40. When you’re as crabby as I am you can’t be. I thank you for the compliment. I’m old and it’s cool; hey, I ain’t getting younger, that’s for sure!
She doesn’t look it in person, either. And I’ve had the pleasure of her company right next to me for a dinner.
Ginger, thank you. I remember that dinner and I really enjoyed hanging out with everybody. I have often thought about coming to another Baltimore Dopefest but honestly I’m pretty shy. Martinis definitely help, though!
This picture (I’m the thin one) is now something like ten years old, but I largely look the same. I’m 27 now.
And you don’t know how happy I am that the company which developed the photo decided that my crotch was the ideal place to stamp their gold-plated logo. :dubious:
That is a good picture, but I also still like the one where you’re holding your son’s decapitated head.
So, did you look old for 17 or do you look young for 27?
Probably both, assuming I looked older than 17 in that picture. Both my parents look around 40 for being in their 50s, so I would imagine that I’ll age slow as well.
I know that I barely post on the boards at all, especially not in threads such as this but I’m going to throw my picture
up here since I am making an effort to start participating more (it took me like 2 years to even register after lurking). Those who are pregnant, easily nauseated, on medications, prone to seizures, or just flat out get scared easily should view with caution.
No promises on how long it will be up.
Also, it continues to amaze me what a diverse group we truly have on this board. So many attractive/distinctive/interesting looking Dopers, I could literally comment on every last person’s picture, but a blanket “you are incredibly good looking” will have to suffice for now. I love viewing these threads and being able to place faces with names and viewpoints.
You are good looking. You should definitely grow your hair long.
Yikes almighty. Pennsic normally adds ten years, rather than taking off fifteen or twenty.
… although that does explain the hair…
If SurrenderDorothy ever does an “Ask the Hot Ballet Dancer” thread, I’ve got a list ready. It start’s with “How YOU…” and ends with “pommel horse”.
Brandon, you silly goof. Post more often!
Misnomer – EVERYONE likes that picture!
Aw, thanks! Actually, I was wearing my hair in a ponytail in that picture. Here’s a picture of my hair in its natural state.
I don’t have a picture of myself, plus, I’m too stupid to know how to post one, so I’ll have to ask GingeroftheNorth if she has one of me from the last DopetheHalls. If so, you can post it, Gingy.
If not, she can take one next time we do a coffee get-together.
…and I meant to post that SurrenderDorothy’s link didn’t work for me; it said the image had been moved or deleted.
Hee! Yeah, I had just gotten my hair cut the month before, and I’d forgotten what dirt, humidity and sweat could do to it when it was short. Good Tuchux wench hairstyle, though! Also kind of like a messed up rock star thing. At least that’s what I call it!
VunderBob and VunderWife. I’m 45, and she’s 43. It’s kind of obvious who is who…
If anyone is part of the weigh loss threads, this shot was taken at our “Loser’s Reunion”, an event thrown for the patients of our weight loss surgery practice at the end of June. The red ribbons around our necks identify us as people who’ve lost 100 lbs or more since surgery
Looks like the SDMB has gorgeous women of all ages. Wow SurrenderDorothy! How you doin’? Haha. And here i was, thinking all these beautiful women were a lot older than i am.
Oh, and just a tip for everyone: don’t direct link pictures that you may regret posting on myspace, because they don’t delete them very quickly. :smack: Sorry to those of you who were traumatized by my earlier picture.
