I have no idea why anyone would think that “sisters would be better and identical twins the ultimate fantasy”. In thinking about this, it seems that the incest angle may well be the exciting part. If you read Literotica or Solotouch, you will see that incest fantasies (and actual experiences) are extremely popular.
