You know what? It’s not about you. Or them. People fantasize about lots of things, some of them quite socially objectionable.
And people are fascinated with multiples generally but especially with twins. You possibly have noticed this. People have been fascinated by them for a very long time. Since past behavior is a good predictor of future behavior, we may reliably expect people to keep being fascinated by the fact of twin-ness. That this extends to sexual matters is also not really surprising.
So I think you might just have to get used to the idea. I would bet somebody else’s next paycheck that at least one of your twin sons will at some time entertain a fantasy involving himself, his brother, and another set of twins. Or possibly if they grow up vanilla (and are identical) involving himself and his brother pulling a fast one on some woman (or man). Who knows, they may even try it. It might even work, if s/he’s willing to play along.
This. My own sister? Ew. Girl and her sister? Sweet! To me, saying that incest is icky is like saying that dog food is icky. I’d be repulsed if I ate it but it doesn’t bother me in the least to watch the dog eat it. I’m not repulsed by a sister relationship, I’m repulsed by my sister, period. In fact, I’m thinking right now: Watching two sisters make out- hot. Watching my sister with her husband (or anybody else)- puke.
Half my fantasies involve conquest of some sort, a checking-off-the-list aspect. If I can do it, it means I’m that much more a stud for being able to pull it off. Different races, different numbers, different positions…if I haven’t done it, I want to “conquer” that aspect. So what’s one of the hardest to get? Two women because they’re so rare. But what if they’re identical? That’s even more scarce. What are the chances that they’re A) Identical Twins, B) Women, C) into you and D) into each other? If I can get all those 4 things to happen simultaneously, I must be the biggest, baddest Don Juan on the face of the planet. Thus, ultimate fantasy.
In reading this thread, it wouldn’t surprise me if this were the most important bit.
I think the allure of twins (for men) is an ego thing, but not quite as Chessic says above: rather, it’s about I’m such a stud that both sisters want me at the same time! That two sisters would put aside their concerns about incest because I’m just that badass.
It would be along the same (misguided) lines of I’m such a stud that even this lesbian wants me!
And about as likely to happen in real life, frankly. But I’d say it’s an ego thing.
There is a common belief (though of course no way to prove it) that some self-centered, attractive young women keep an overweight, less-attractive friend around so that they look even better by comparison. If the theory is in fact true, I suspect the behavior is [usually] subconscious, not deliberate. The “pretty one” will insist that she’s friends with the “fat one” because “she’s so sweet!”
Not in my case. In my case it’s, “no way that hawt dude would be interested in me, but his lanky dorky sidekick looks smart and funny…” I hang out with the guy who’s interesting and sometimes penis ensues.
That’s precisely what I’m saying. The harder the conquest, the more of an ego boost it is. To pull off the impossible task of getting twin sisters, you’d have to be the hottest lay in the history of sex. That’s half of why sex is fulfilling- everyone wants to be wanted, and thus we fantasize about it.
This is pretty much it but the other thing that I like about the fantasy is that they don’t want to be involved with each other so I get double the attention and possibly they get a little competitive over who can bring me more pleasure.
